Leander is part of Williamson county, strategically located in the growth corridor of Northwest Austin MSA. The current and planned development vision of the city possesses all the ingredients for Leander to evolve into Austin Metro’s first “hipstrubia”.

Leander Springs development vision is to be the “cool urban” in the suburb where live-work-play environments thrive. All three living components will benefit from the proximity to mass transit, colleges, shops, restaurants, and urban living spaces. A welcoming atmosphere, pedestrian friendly networks, strategically placed elements, wide open spaces, all revolve around building a sustainable environment, an urban oasis that naturally brings people together.

The 78-acre development includes retail, offices, restaurants, urban living and a resort style hospitality and conference center. The development is anchored by Crystal Lagoon, a world class water amenity. The Crystal Lagoon is the meeting point that brings idyllic beach lifestyle to the cities and its communities.

The City of Leander has found that providing the economic incentives to the Leander Springs project will promote local economic development and stimulate business and commercial activity and will create and retain jobs within the City. On 07/08/2020 Chapter 380 Grant Agreement was signed with $22m tax incentives package.

78 acres of land combines 2 parcels of land: parcel A 31 acres and parcel B 47 acres. The $2.33m purchase of the parcel A was completed on 07/24/2020. The parcel B is under contract for $9.3m with closing 45 days after the approval of the site development permit by the City but not later than 02/06/2020. 

The purchase of the parcel A was completed by obtaining 12-months $800k loan from Stallion Funding and obtaining funds from accredited investors as per Reg D, 506(c) capital raise under the SEC. 

specific funding requirements and schedule for replacement of phase I debt, then requirements and timing for the A&D loan on phase II.
